Architectural Technologist & Senior Technologist in Central London

We have a great opportunity as we are working with a Dubai owned practice with a London office who are recruiting Mid to Senior level Architectural Technologists.

The London office is very busy working on a mix of huge projects using Revit 100% of the time and actively recruiting now !

A number of the current Dubai staff started their career in London and moved over after a period of time and this is available if that’s what interests you after 18 months or so.

Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Associate Level Architect in Newcastle

£60k for an Associate Level Architect in Newcastle is definitely above the market rates and illustrates how important this role is for our client.

Now they are not looking for early stage designers or people with real creative flair they are looking for leaders/managers/people/coordinators.

The role will be to lead a large team of Architects and Technologists on a range of large scale projects.

Architect

Working on projects around the £5m – £10m mark can be very rewarding as they are still large projects but not at the scale where you are just a number in a team.

If you are currently working on huge schemes and feel like you would like to have more responsibility then this opportunity might be the perfect one for you.

The initial scheme they have is a £10m project in Central London which is a mix of Commercial and Residential with some Retail units and they are looking for a Project Architect to join the team. The project after this one are all around the same value but equally interesting.

The practice has around 20 people in it and they are looking for people who want to grow with the practice and become Associates and future Directors.

This role is in the Hammersmith area and are looking for people to come into the office to build long term relationships and coordinate.
